Patient video stream disappeared

The following are possible solutions to this problem.  Start with the first solution, if issue is not resolved, move to the next solution.  

  1. Verify the camera is receiving power and is plugged into the computer.
  2. Refresh the patient from the observation pod:
    1. Select vertical ellipsis on the small patient screen and then select Refresh.

  3. Refresh the observation pod:
    1. Select the pod menu in the upper-middle of the screen and then select Pod Refresh. Your pod and all patients will be refreshed.
