Patient video feed is black

Complete the following steps to resolve issues with a black media tile.

  1. Click on the vertical ellipsis on the small patient screen and select Transfer and then select Waiting Room.
  2. Readmit the patient to the pod.
  3. Select Transfer All from the pod menu, then Close Pod. Create a new pod and join it.
  4. Notify your local IT Support or the Collette Health Customer Care Center that the patient video feed is black.
