Complete the following steps to resolve issues with PTZ not working properly.
- Verify if both the manual PTZ arrows and Click & Go PTZ are not working.
- Within the pod, select PTZ arrows on Action bar. If camera does not respond, the manual PTZ arrows are not working.
- Click in the main stage video image (away from the center). If camera does not respond, the Click & Go PTZ is not working.
- Within the pod, select PTZ arrows on Action bar. If camera does not respond, the manual PTZ arrows are not working.
- Notify IT Support that the manual PTZ arrows, Click & Go PTZ, or both are not functioning.
