Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) is not working

Complete the following steps to resolve issues with PTZ not working properly.  

  1. Verify if both the manual PTZ arrows and Click & Go PTZ are not working.
    1. Within the pod, select PTZ arrows on Action bar. If camera does not respond, the manual PTZ arrows are not working.

    2. Click in the main stage video image (away from the center). If camera does not respond, the Click & Go PTZ is not working.
  2. Notify IT Support that the manual PTZ arrows, Click & Go PTZ, or both are not functioning.
