Patient disappeared from the observation pod view

If a patient disappears from a pod, perform the following steps to correct the issue.

  1. Refresh the observation pod:
    1. Select the pod menu in upper-middle of the screen and then select Refresh Pod. Your pod and patients will refresh.

  2. If the patient is not listed in the Waiting Room, re-add the patient to Collette Health. Refer to Patient - Add New Patient to Collette Health for assistance.
